So even tho it was a fictional match, it was determined by Computer Generation that Rocky Marciano would win by knockout in the 13th round.

After watching the film, Ali reportedly said "That computer was made in Alabama," joking that Marciano was favored because he was white.

I personally think Ali would´ve won in a match between both of them in their prime. Marciano was a slugger, just like Foreman, look what Ali did to him.

Marciano retired undefeated, but I think the competition he faced was far less superior, at that time, there was lot of discrimination against black boxers, the majority of his opponents were white, honestly if he had to fight more black boxers, i believe he would've at least lost a few.

Marciano did a lot of grabbing also, it felt like he was in a street fight, Ali´s style was more graceful, more methodical.

Anyway..Discuss

Marciano couldn't have beaten Frazier and Foreman, let alone Ali. The best fighters Marciano fought were former champions that were past their prime, and Ali did that when he beat Patterson. Marciano's strategy was to hit a guy in the arms until he couldn't defend himself and then knock him out. Ali let George Foreman, one of the hardest punchers in history, beat on his arms for 8 rounds and then knocked his ass out. I dare say that strategy wouldn't have been successful.

"Hit a guy on his arms"...? WHAT!?
Rock was a knock out KING, an inside fighter, sometimes not even lastin' 5 rounds!!
Cassius Clay danced around way too much, Shying away from the inside, that tired his opponents, which is why most of his fights lasted so long!

Yeah right :lmao

Cassius Clay's OWN trainers even said the same!! Cuz Clay wouldn't train as hard as Rock did plus Rock was a more powerful puncher!
