Yeah, he shows some potential indications, but right now he still has too many rainbands.

I'm guessing at 5 pm EDT (70 minutes from now) we'll see Igor at 925 mb with winds of 155 mph.

I know, I just happened to check NOAA this morning and happened to notice he was named. Looked at the satellite, he was listed as a Cat 1 but had a near-perfect eye and was already looking almost perfectly symmetrical. He was listed as a Cat 1 at 11:30 AM EDT this mornign. 4 hours later -- moderate cat 4. Unreal.
