My theory is part of Paul George's recuperative surgery was major iden y-changing plastic surgery so as to avoid future stripper child support and getting catfished on twitter.
Now he's gonna tempt the real Timmy around some corner by waving a limited edition Punisher action figure and then chloroform him and hope he can pass as the real Tim Duncan without anyone noticing.
It's payback for conning them into taking George Hill.
