I think, I think Kori and LJ came up with this poppy injury scare to drive up traffic on their site. Shame be you!
We simply don't know what is wrong with him other than speculation around the team that he could be done for the season. I wish I knew it was just an injury.

Gee... vander rejoicing about Manu's season ending injury! what a ing surprise!
Tell us all how objective you are again bag!
NO! I will be severly pissed if they trade Manu.
And Duncan, not Capt. Jack sank those threes in the playoffs. I guess he made all those clutch shot that Horry had that saved our ass.
He was the focal point, but the system and the role players had just as big of a part.
Lakers>Suns just messing with you
Yeah because all these banner and pop-up ads here will make us millions
It's really hard to believe that he scores 32 against Toronto and is suddenly hurt.
Ok guys... now I'm seriously scared out of my mind here. At first I was thinking of it just being a playing related injury but now as time goes on it's starting to look like it might be something worse? God I hope not!
Manu! Please be ok. What ever the truth is, Best wishes and prayers to you buddy!
How about this trade?

True. The mystery of this situation is even impressive on CIA Pop standards.
If it's an injury then it should come out quickly after the deadline, assuming they are staying quiet just coz of the silly season
If it is something else, then it may be hidden for a while if the player wishes. I know Nene only shared his illness news with family/teammates/coaches and wanted it kept quiet for an initial period.
I don't argue with the shamed.
wth is going on with the spurs lately? Trade rumors, loss to bad teams and now itz bout Manu?
I wish Manu a quick recovery.
I haven't kept track within the past couple of months, so I'm not sure if Pop has anything up his sleeve. Regardless, I hope Manu is okay.
Could be a tear. He complained of pain after GS so they gave him shots (not sure what) and he was able to play. The tear keeps getting worse until the shots don't help. He sees a doctor and they diagnose a torn ligament/tendon/etc. It seems plausible though I hope it's not true.
Didn't the news yesterday before the game and it showed a clip from the last practice and Manu was shooting a jumper in front of Tony ?
what the did he do?
tear his ACL?
tear his Achilles?
up something else in his knee?
I'd guess any other injury wouldnt be a season ender...maybe...simply a torn muscle he could recover from in time right?
this is crazy .
and:
I know people's minds are racing, but I don't think Manu has an illness. I just think he has an injury that is more serious than originally thought. Hopefully he'll get some tests and they'll figure out that he only needs to miss a few weeks, but there is much talking that it's season-ending.
What names haven't we heard? Carter certainly doesn't pass the smell test, though I wouldn't mind for the right package.
With Horry's rights as a bargaining chip, I think the Spurs can get fairly creative. But no doubt that would require Holt to give up the lux tax payments.
Probably old footage as the Spurs haven't practiced at home in over a week.
yeah I saw that to
what about Monday after the break
I just rewatched parts of the Toronto game and there's absolutely no way he is hurt before or during that game. Don't know what's happened since.
They were in New York.
