I Inave some images that are ing small. Like 50 x 50 and I need them resized to like 600 x 400 without them being all blurry and crappy. Any way to do this????

As noted, there's no way to do this effectively digitally. You can generally make pixels smaller without degrading image quality; you cannot make them bigger.
There is a way to do it, but it will require a decent quality printer and scanner.
1) Print the original image at 100% size, at as high of quality as possible.
2) Scan the printed image at a high PPI (Pixels per Inch) threshold, like 500-1000 PPI. The higher you go, the longer this will take, but the bigger the resulting image will be.
3) Open the scanned image in Photoshop or another image editor, then resize (smaller) as needed.
I did this to blow up some tiny images from a novel cover for a full-size poster, and it worked like a charm.

Try using your camera on 3000 x 4000 setting and take a picture of the image then use that jpg. my 2 cents
