Ive always liked Dirk; hes a great player, plays clean and is no dumbass. The only Mav I like and the complete opposite of "gangsta" Terry and "asswipe" Cuban.

It's going to be interesting to see what the mavs do this off season. You have to think they are unloading a lot of garbage this summer and making a big play for Williams, but what happens if they strike out? If I'm dirk I'm loath to do the whole rebuild thing, and frankly that roster as it stands isn't making it far. Williams or bust.
I would love for him to come play second banana to Manu.

Dirk was the only reason I rooted for the Mavs in the playoffs. He deserved a ring even if Terry also got one.
Him and Jason Kidd are the only guys I liked in Dallas and think that Kidd also deserved a ring.

Well, Dirk isn't a great defender, but he rebounds better than Bonner and he can still hit the 3. Seems like a legit upgrade of our backup spot behind Diaw.I think Dallas would be salivating through their asshole to make that move
