Hope everything's good with TFloss. I was expecting him back by now.
Mike Mitc was one of my favorite prospects last year. I think wherever he lands he will be a good one.

Didn't he say 10 days and not by the 10th?
Nah, he's MIA.
Rations are low, morale is lower.
That's mostly because we are getting our ass handed to us in recruiting.
I think they're doing pretty good all things considered.
An update to an earlier post in this section.
I asked everyone in general about preferred walk-on status a few weeks ago as it relates to my nephew, who is in the 2014 graduating class.
Well, a scholarship to UL-Monroe did not materialize, so my nephew, Kellen McAlone (Dallas Jesuit WR) will walk on at the University of Pittsburgh.
The staff seemed genuinely interested in him and he's excited about the opportunity. They have what appears be a pretty solid coaching staff (lead by coach Chryst). Hopefully he will get on the field at some point in time (probably not until 2015 at the earliest).
Thanks again for the info you guys provided.
Thanks for the update and best of luck to your nephew.
Hook 'em!!
A look at current players on roster for 2014 and how it determines the possible number of takes at each position group for the 2015 recruiting class.

Do you think that Texas will offer rb Deunte Chatman of Summer Creek High in Houston. He is a 3-star 6'1 220 lbs and runs a 4.49 40
Chatman has a 4.1 GPA and has taken the SAT and ACT twice so far and did well

USC QB Max Wittek will visit Texas and Coach Strong. Max will graduate in May, but will be eligible to
play next season and have two years left. Max lost the USC QB job to Cody Kessler and is now looking for
another school to play with. He will visit other schools but Texas was his first stop.
