Rangers getting blocked by the epic Red Sox/Yankees game on FS1.
If their bullpen holds up like it has recently, they have a good shot for the wild card.

It's fun watching baseball here again. I sit right there in front of the TV and enjoy myself, like regular people.
There is some flat ears & tight lips from the radio & TV's booths. They ain't so high & mighty now, by God. Though, they will not give up on catching the Dodgers. No way.
"They can't keep this pace up."
"It's not fair."
"We're 9 1/2 games behind, but, I still feel good." - "Me too."
"I'm not afraid of them. We're just as good as they are." - "Me too."
"It's not fair."
"And it's not a consequence that our decline has been initiated and sustained by inferior umpiring."---In unison.
There's no fools good / fluke / 2016 Texas Rangers team this year. Every team in the playoffs, assuming the Cubs overtake the Brewers, is damn good. Dodgers and 'stros are one of a kind elite.
Best dodger team I've seen in my lifetime.
Det jbj robbery on judge
Never thought I'd see the day where the Rangers were one of the worst hitting teams in the league
Hey Thread, your Diamondbacks just got a lot better! Arizona sports radio must be grinnin' from ear to ear.
D'Backs >>>>>>> Rockies. Not even close.
Kershaw is -340 on the ROAD today. In an AL ballpark. Good lord.
CN beating me to it got
Yep, the chicken s that they are. You ought to hear it. Assholes. Big mouths.
The only solace I have is he's another stiff on defense and they got a slew of them already. Just have to hope he crashes.
Still, they fleeced the Tigers, Dale. Humiliated and exposed 'em.
Of course they did. And nobody says a word about it cept "us."
Big Yankees trading for Robertson and Fraser.
1. Dodgers
2. Astros
3. Red Sox
4. Nats
5. Cubs
6. Yanks
7. Indians
8. DBacks
Don't worry Dale, the Dodgers are only the best team through 90 games that baseball has seen in the modern era. They'll take care of bizness in the NLDS
I'll hold you to that.
Grim business, cub. And jd murders lefties.
We will see if he actually delivers the goods. Two more games with the Reds and then the schedule will be brutal right to the end.
I want them outPERIOD
Almost too good to be true. This team has no ing excuse if they don't at least win the pennant. Houston will be a nightmare, though. 50/50 odds on that matchup.
My primary worries are:
Bellinger. No post-season experience and he's kind of the equivalent to a "chucker" in the NBA in that he tries to uppercut everything out of the park much like a chucker takes the first shot he sees. Good for padding home run totals in the regular season, but that kind of swing will get eaten up by locked-in post-season pitching. He hasn't yet transformed into a "hitter."
Kershaw choke factor. Always a worry.
It's Alex Wood having a fluke stretch or is he the real deal?
Max Scherzer going Madbum and beating the Dodgers by himself in a potential NLCS matchup. Though, the Dodgers knocked Scherzer around last year.
And of course, staying healthy.
11 in a row.
You read for a Dodgers/Stros World Series djohn2oo8?
2 at bats, 2 strikeouts, + a broken hand & the Red Legs topsy, Backs turvy.
No more big shot.
That would be a dream matchup. And I live only 2 hours from downtown Houston.
How's the talk radio? Melting down?
Only good team AZ has now, so I'm sure the local fans are all in on the D-Backs this season. Cards, Suns, and Coyotes won't do .
