Yessir!!!
Knew their curveball problem would eventually do them in. Kluber was off in his starts and couldn't locate it for . Keuchel was off in his start at Yankee stadium. But if you can bury curves just beneath the zone, they can't lay off.
Gonna go with Doyers in 5, but I'm hoping the Astros drag them through the streets.
Should be a great series, going with LA in 6.
Game 1's gonna be huge obviously especially with Verlander going in G2....
Winner of game 1 takes this in 6. I think it will be LA.
I am a casual baseball fan, I've been to a few Dodger games this year. The buzz around town is tantamount. Haven't seen this buzz since the Kings won a few years back and even then hockey doesn't quite generate the seismic buzz as either baseball, football, basketball. The Rams have also provided a decent product. , even the Chargers have won back-to-back games. There's a ton of new Dodger caps out and about. Par for the course with the L.A. sports atmosphere.
Pretty exciting stuff. 29 years in waiting.
My late father took me to a game in '88. He was a huge fan. His supervisor had season tickets back in the day and he'd get a pair a few times a season. If he were alive, he'd be super excited. So, I root de-facto for the team.
That's one way to start the game. Too early to say GG?
Kershaw tossing some filthy e up there.
Still early, but this is shaping up to be an epic series.
A couple of questionable strike calls, but overall Kershaw is dealing
Dodgers may never lose again, tbh.
Dodgers win game 1, not surprising, Springer is ass
That loud noise we all just heard was caused by Kershaw's balls finally dropping, tbh.
Gotta say, I was impressed by how he recovered from giving up that HR. I was expecting another patented Kerchoke, tbh.
Classic pitcher's duel. Keuchel was great aside from like two mistakes. Not liking Verlander vs. Rich Hill, though.
Justin Turner and I went to the same High School. Well, he went after I graduated, but still, we're fellow alumni. He is killing it both in the beard game and on the bases.
