If I'm Pop I consider punting the Celtics game tbh. Rest guys and make sure you win the Phoenix game and Dallas game, punt on the Rockets game as well, then go all in against Dallas again on the 16th hopefully with Kawhi. After that the schedule gets easier outside that B2B against Portland/Utah.

They just won in Charlotte in a blowout without Raymond or Curry. On top of that they only play three more times over the next 11 days. Spurs won't be catching any ground on them.

nah, he looks about ready though I agree not against the Celtics..Suns/Mavericks is good combo of games to ease him back in and who cares if it is on the road..He can also rest vs the Rockets but play the SEGABABA against Dallas at home..

Guys won’t admit it bc many don’t care for Anderson but him and Lamarcus has chemistry and Kyle made his life easier sometimes. It doesn’t matter bc Kyle was a stopgap until Kawhi came back so Aldridge needs to adapt to different looks.

That’s a good point but I’ll be honest I think it taxes the few that play in the undermanned games risking further injuries. Spurs are small and are missing 2 forwards. They’ll get clobbered physically. I suppose call Costello and Hilliard...

I'd of rested everyone he did in that OKC game too tbh. Spurs are in the middle of a 5 game in 7 days stretch and a month where they play 18 games. Need to rest where you can while giving some guys burn and winning the games you should. Really sucks Fathead got hurt in that game but it could've happened anywhere.
Think they cut Dudley who should've been out of the league years ago.
