people sleeping on the cavs. they’re definitely the dark horse to win the le this year. summer of ‘18 should cement lebron as the undisputed GOAT tbh.
if the spurs can win 1 game against the gsw, then all i can say is...last year if kawhi didnt go down, spurs wouldve won game1 and the rest of the series wouldve been questionable how many games the spurs can push that gsw team...
win or lose this year, kawhi is being traded anyway

i thought they were dead (pre trade) but with injuries to Embiid, Kyrie, Steph and the level Lebron is playing
Cavs have a legit shot ...
And if Lebron rings with love as his #2 and Jeff green as his #3 not sure it cements him as goat but sure makes a strong case for him ...Love would be one of the weakest #2 on a le team along with Thorpe and Tyson tbh...not that those guys are bad players but normally the #2's are Pippen, Pau, Worthy, Wade level at least. pippen is way better than love at least... strengthening the LeBron case ...as GOAT.
i feel like 2015 and ‘16 finals redeemed his 2011 stinker. if he beats all odds again with either a stack gsw or houston team. not sure if people can put mj above him. jordans path to championship was really weak tbh.

only 3 things guaranteed: rockets choke, raptors choke, cleveland win east
det sig
Houston not winning the le would be a historic choke job IMO, barring injury..top 3 player, top 10 player, best collection of role players in the West, top 5 coach, most intelligent style of play, injured Curry, it would be shocking if they lose at any point..
Morey is the greatest GM of all time, tbh.. went from that ty ass 2016 team to this juggernaut..
It's funny how Warriorsworld and the general bay area media are in complete denial about Houston
He's definitely up there..I said it for years, my biggest criticism of Morey was that he didn't fully embrace analytics in his team-building, he tried too hard to placate the old heads and conventional NBA people(even most of the Rockets fans here were against it) by running more of Howard in the post, etc..
People complaining the spurs are in AGAIN, and the poor nuggets didn’t get in while we’re heading for a fourth Warriors v Cavs in a row.
When Morey builds three dynasties in three different eras like Jerry West has done, then he can be in the conversation. Until then, I'm not impressed by his cute little regular-season teams.
Cleveland win le "NO" at -845 is available. There is absolutely no way they have more than a 10.5% chance at winning the le.
1st round vs IND: 86%
2nd round vs Toronto: 55%
3rd round vs healthy Philly: 60%
Finals vs GSt/Hou: 25% at absolute most.
All adds up to a 7% chance at winning the le. That's being super optimistic and assuming Lebron is on god mode

Morey's "genius" is recognizing that a 3 pointer is worth 50% more than a 2 point shot, despite being not much harder to make, and that the only 2s really worth taking are layups. Astounding insight, really. Yeah, he had to build the team, but he basically used off the shelf Moneyball theory to do so. There's nothing revolutionary in his thinking. They also got drilled by the Spurs last season (who were playing "antiquated" basketball on the backs of midrange/post up specialists like LMA and Kawhi). Doesn't take "the best GM of all-time" to go after one of the top PGs in the league during the off-season. I was skeptical how Harden and CP3 would co-exist, since both of them need the ball, but it's still a in' no-brainer, with some risk, but a huge reward if it works.
If Durant wasn’t a , the Warriors would’ve been one and done.
d'antoni is a top 5 coach?

It's unreal how the Warriors just draw the easiest path every year
The Warriors are more talented any team in the NBA so it doesn't matter who they face, healthy or not.
Ibaka carrying Lowry/Derozan on his back
Can't believe how bad Raptors "stars " played this game
They would've had real troube without Steph had they faced Minnesota instead
