Probably to identify themselves privately to each other. But making one of them the logo of your public business is the opposite of identifying yourself privately. Considering that the FBI is aware of those symbols and know what they mean, if that pizza place really was a pedo hub, why would they risk making anyone su ious by parading one of the symbols in full view?
The owner of Besta Pizza (previously had pedo logo and since changed after exposure) Andrew Klein is a DOJ lawyer in child trafficking, if any of these allegations are true it looks as if these people were flaunting the symbols with no fear of getting caught due to their power and influence. I don't believe billionaires and people in these types of powerful positions think or act like most people.
Seems to me that a child trafficking lawyer would be even less likely to knowingly use a pedophile logo. As for the logo change, he probably changed it to get all you Pizzagate nutjobs to stop harrassing his business.
