Believe it or not, Texas still has an outside chance at the conference le. Should Texas somehow win out and OU loses to OK State, there would a four-way tie for first place. After all of the tie-breakers have been evaluated, Texas would come out on top.

Per 24/7, Texas is starting to recruit two JUCO prospects from East Mississippi CC (former school of DT Brandon Moore). They are DE Za'Darius Smith and DT Jarran Reed. Smith is looking hard at Texas A&M (he was in College Station on Saturday) and Mississippi State. Reed recently de-committed from North Carolina, has visited Ole Miss and Florida is starting to pick up interest. Sounds like Bo Davis is the lead recruiter for both.

You probably read the same report I did. All I saw is he's received a verbal offer and the staff is trying to get him on campus. He may be a little more receptive than usual with Dooley recently getting canned.

I hope he takes it, if he is offered. I like Wyatt and thinks he deserves it. I wouldn't mind him coming back, but I'm really starting to like Kendal Briles from Baylor. I would love to see him in Texas as the WR coach.

According to that particular rumor, the other candidate is Willie Fritz of Sam Houston State. I'll let you know if see anything else.
