I just looked up Bishop Dunne and it has a tuition of over 17,000$

What is the deal here? Are these rich kids who decide TAAPS compe ion is inferior so they leave or what? These HS transfers have me baffled. Where you live is where you play.... You just go to a school where your parents live because work is accessible and the school is decent.
