Thanks Bruno, much appreciated.

What teams are looking to dump long-term payroll? The Spurs' roster is full of corpses with contracts expiring in 2010.
For starters, lets just trade everyone outside of Duncan and Parker.
NOH
GSW
knicks
for example....
How about Charlie Villanueva/Nate Robinson/Rashad McCants FA threads por favor.
Something else to look at perhaps: Teams that can offer more than the MLE this year.
Here is the list:
Atlanta: payroll going into 09/10: ~41M
Pistons: payroll going into 09/10: ~39M
Grizzlies: payroll going into 09/10: ~36M
Timberwolves:payroll going into 09/10: ~51M
OKC: payroll going into 09/10: ~42M
Portland: payroll going into 09/10: ~49M (before a QO to Frye)
Kings: payroll going into 09/10: ~45M (before QO's to McCants/Diogu)
Raptors: payroll going into 09/10: ~47M (before QO to Joey Graham)
That is the list. Eight teams total that as of now can offer more than the MLE (but this list could get smaller depending on the likelihood of qualifying offers. So when looking at FA's, you can see who has money to compete for the top ones and what needs they might be looking for.

Thamks Bruno and MB this is awsome !
Bruno, in the international prospects can you create a thread for future prospect : young talents not eligible right now but to be followed ? My BB knowledge is too limited to do a consistent list but I can find some Brazilian and French young propescts.
Edit: I think there is one. Never mind. And thanks MB.
Sorry if this is out there and I missed it, but...
Can there be a thread with nothing but exactly where the Spurs stand for next season?
Contracts, expiring, all the details that are easy to mis-understand when talking about possible roster changes. I think it would make sense as a locked sticky.
I know the info is scattered around here, and I know it's available in various places. But it would be easier if it were here to reference for those of us that don't have the info memorized.
damn who would have thought that this may have got even better thanks guys
Very nice. Incredibly good idea. And smart move by limiting the folks who can create threads.
Now, if you only provided a kitchenette and some cots. Just goes to show, you can't have everything.
We will be getting around to that. We will also have threads to discuss each current Spur player.

Incredible.
Appreciate the effort involved by all to put this together. The info presented here has always been complete, and guided us through the off season. But this is taking it to a whole new level.
I'll just tiptoe out and watch it develop. Thanks again to everyone.
How about a trade target thread for Tayshaun Prince. Is he even a possibility?
I'm glad you guys have this protected. I started a thread without realizing I was here, I guess it got sent somewhere for approval.
Probably not the last time that will happen, sorry. I have to get used to this forum being here.
Thanks a lot guys.
Never having learned to read instructions before jumping right in, I tried to create a Free Agent thread for Josh Childress. Got a message that it had been submitted to a mod for approval or somesuch.
I think Childress does warrant some discussion here.
How bout Raja Bell? I know hes not the most loved by Spurs fans but hes a great defender and has the skills to put the ball in the bucket
Do you guys want McDonald's Roster Analysis here?

If someone wants to they can put each of his little blurbs in the appropriate thread.
Wow. This is really impressive! Thanks guys. I look forward to learning a lot.
