    Watson was truly inept. He was bad as interim, and was an astonishingly bad actual hire and one made without a process because a Sarver burned his coaching options with his mishandling of Gentry and Hornacek. So they hired him without interviewing another candidate. There simply wasn’t a quality option.

    Now, after a year of atrocious offense, defense, and rotations, Watson is gone and Sarver is without a legit option.

    People are saying Majerle, but remember Thunder Dan is at Grand Canyon after quitting the Suns because Sarver allowed execs to hire Lindsey Hunter without any coaching experience, bypassing Majerle’s place in the pecking order.

    So, who the really knows if this is fixable.

    I like Booker, Jackson, Bender... Ulis too. Warren too. Everyone can go.
