Like I said back when he was elected, neither party needs to dig very deep on Trump. All his transgressions are there for everyone to see and if you just wait him out, he'll hang himself.
Trump’s disastrous Fox & Friends interview already being used against him in federal court
That was fast.
Just hours after President Trump completed a disastrous, rambling interview on Fox & Friends,
his words are already being used against him in a legal filing submitted to the court by the federal government.
The United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York
submitted a letter to the federal judge which quotes Trump’s Fox & Friends interview,
noting that it supports their position.
The government specifically cited Trump’s assertion that Cohen handled a “tiny, tiny little fraction” of his overall legal work.
The process could help determine what do ents are ultimately available to investigators, as well as the pace of the investigation.
The court will consider the issue at a high stakes conference at noon on Thursday.
Trump’s lawyers are scheduled to appear in federal court to resolve matters pertaining to the procedures that will be employed to review do ents and other materials seized on April 9 from Michael Cohen, Trump’s longtime personal attorney and “fixer.”
Trump’s lawyers argue that the president should be given extraordinary and extensive access to the materials to screen for those protected by attorney-client privilege.
The government, in turn, has argued that Cohen does little to no work as a lawyer, so any attorney-client privilege issues are de minimus.
They are asking for as efficient as process as possible so they can continue with their investigation.
On Thursday morning, the government suggested the appointment of a Special Master (an independent third party with experience identifying attorney-client materials) who could sort through the do ents with the help of special software.

Hillary would have been a vastly more competent choice. It takes some serious delusion not to recognize that at this point.
You hate the United States, so your priorities are a bit clearer and easier to understand though.
Guess who now says that he actually DID know...
Lordy I hope there are tapes.

Then he started laughing again, while continuing to be really hot, noting that Trump’s words were yet another “gift from the heavens” in the case.
Avenetti got handed another gift.
Golfy McBonespurs puts his foot in it again.
Trash said that Cohen handled the crazy Stormy thing for Trash.
... and that statement is already being used to bolster both the prosecution of Cohen, and the lawsuit by Daniels.
They are bolstering. is getting real now!
Do people really think the raid on Cohen has anything to do with “Stormy”?
I'm just glad there's no sex tape or pics. Country's been through enough humiliation last 2+ years
Look a deep state conspira theory from our sophist piece of .
Well, no -- that's what makes it more serious than Stormygate.
