I'm with you on this. I wouldn't put him in the thug category, just a kid being stupid from all accounts. Maybe I'm wrong, but i hope not for his sake.

I think he'll get a second chance, but I'm leery of it being at UT.

But from Herman's perspective, I think a felony means he's out and a misdemeanor means he's in.
