watch every team before NE be stupid enough to allow bellicheat to get exactly the type of RB he covets most.
If he couldn't stand out at Tech, I just can't imagine he'll have much impact there. We'll see I guess
Woo hoo I guess
Watching a college game in a Sunday is really weird

24/7 reporting UT does not have OL Trey Stratford of Allen as a priority.
He's expected to release a list of finalists soon and UT won't be in it.

Damn those teachers I know nailed it. Said the below would be the next excuse only it would be a threat. I said I don't think this kid is gonna get threatened. Kid on the softball team at some HS that will go unmentioned got caught with booze at a softball tournament recently ( it's that time of year)and she was of course carrying it for a friend. Wonder if "our boy's friend" comes through to take the blame..
The athletes are told in NISD to not take anything for anyone at tournaments unless they thoroughly check it. Best just not take it. Then it can turn into someone stuffed it in my bag... BMOC comes to the rescue of the pretty little dealer.
A source connected to Jenks High School told HD it was their belief Leitao offered to take the tablets from a female Jenks student from a well-connected family in Tulsa, because Leitao didn’t think he’d get checked by campus officers.

I hope Leiatao makes it in, although I'm not super optimistic that's going to happen. Sounds like he's got a lot of factors helping him but bargaining down to a misdemeanor will be tough. I'd still take him with a felony charge for selling drugs since it's non-violent but I think Herman doesn't think it's worth it from an optics perspective, which I get. I have zero tolerance for violent crime, but drugs are just a different story to me. Selling drugs doesn't make you a bad guy imo, but it's definitely stupid. Cases like Mixon (misdemeanor charge) are 10x worse to me than this felony charge, but law enforcement sees it differently unfortunately.
Not...
In a HS.
Nope, nada.
This would be a horrible precedent to set. "Yeah, this is a good kid dealing to 9th graders" Not the kid where dad is gone and mom works all day so he actually needs cash. If anything, give it to the "first time" dealer who could use the family structure. If all is as it seems, it stinks. Let him go to the SEC. Baylor or Oklahoma. He will be fine learning his lesson elsewhere. If he is really a good kid he can prosper elsewhere.
Think about the kids kids who come from really rough backgrounds who do bypass all the and do the right thing. Reward them.
RB Harold Joiner of Birmingham, AL tells 24/7 he will be visiting UT on May 11th.
