Banister is making a huge mistake going with Perez and Holland for 3 and 4 imo. Can't go with 2 lefties in a row vs the Jays. Lewis should be going.

Isn't the runner supposed to do whatever it takes to break up the double play? People are wimps. It was a ty slide but that's the way baseball go.
Cubs definitely got to win game 3. I can't stand the Cardinals.

Banister has made the right decisions most of the season, so I trust him now as well. Perez has been great as of late, so we'll see how he does; considering Globe Life Park is as hitter-friendly as it is, the Rangers' bats are gonna have to wake up if they have any hope of closing out the series in the next two games.

No he can't do whatever it takes since there's a rule. Guy thrusted both legs in the air and wasn't even close to the base path. Should have been called out on that play for sure but the umpire is re ed.
