Denver should just give up instead of fouling every second, let Jack go home early
Wow, wasting seconds like the Denver Thuggets

He'll stick around for his free taco.
Tacos are gone, Denver stole them
I'd like to retract my statement saying the Lakers would push OKC to 6.
I'm going back to them getting worked over in 5 games.
Kerr doesn't know what an oxymoron is.
OKC ain't looking that strong either, tbh. Mavs just haven't been able to capitalize.
Believe it or not, most people don't even cash the taco coupons. It's just tradition, kinda
Tacos are more important than wins to bean3rs.
Good game by the Lakers and Potato Head. Was really never in doubt despite a few tense moments that you just knew Denver wouldn't be able to capitalize on.
A win is a win but I'm not sure I'd feel so confident if I was a Lakers fan. If the Nuggets would have made only an average amount of all their open jumpers they would have won with Kobe and Bynum beasting and Pau and Sessions playing pretty well.
The West is completely wide open. I mean damn, I thought teams would start separating and showing themselves as a class above the others, but so far zilch. At this rate the goddamn Clippers could represent the West. Not sure how I feel about that...
Mavs are a muuuuuuch better and smarter team than the Nuggs, tbh.
No it's not. You're just not watching the games correctly.
Mavs have been looking as ty as anyone to close the season. Only teams to really go into the postseason strong out West were the Spurs, Grizz, and Lakers.
Yep. Mavs are underrated. Thunder do look a bit underwhelming, have for about a month now, but I think the problems they're having with the Mavs is a result of the Mavs being a tough, experienced team rather than Thunder being pretenders. I so wanted Lakers/Mavs in the first round, but like last year, the Lakers lucked out and get to play a team that should've been the 8th seed.
Who out West is looking like a surefire thing? It's been stated already that neither the Spurs or Lakers are seeing a test. Neither the Grizz or Clippers are that impressive. OKC/Dallas is looking interesting, but both haven't been at the top of their game yet (though Dallas less so, they've been playing great D).
Once again it's disconcerting that LA blows big 2nd half leads...it's been a tradition since 2008.
They can't afford to around in these playoffs...the wear-and-tear is magnified b/c of the truncated season, and you can see it in our lack of energy after halftime. The Nuggets are clearly inferior to the Lakers, so if they come back home with anything less than a 3-1 lead it'll be downright lazy and pathetic.
They need all the rest they can get for OKC.
