I think of a few things.
1. Don't they realize as time goes on they will change? But, they are stuck with that tat.
2. You just sent out a strong message, which is.....I don't think or care about the future.

I don't like women with too many tatoos. I can handle one of two subtle ones, but tainting big chunks of your skin with ink is a turn off.
I think if its 1 or 2 items then possibly more understandable. If its 100 random things then a very impulsive person

It really totally depends on the specific tattoos. That Kat Von D is pretty hot then when I see her legs its too much. There was a porno chick named Allie Sin who had good tattoos. Another one had a lot of good tattoos then got one covering her entire belly which looked awful
