McGee resurgence came from that dominant team, all 4 of those guys could shoot and pass, plus score off the dribble. Heck even iggy and Livingston could pass and I am unsure if he played much with them. McGee needs to play a limited role to be effective and only in limited minutes.

He's super athletic but he's a pretty dumb guy when it comes to basketball IQ. He was effective with the Warriors due to playing with Durant,Curry,Klay.
This. Pair him with LMA, Fatty and Danny and you'll have a disaster tbh.

Wow! did I make you mad? very nice!

Actually the last time you acknowledged me you said that was the last time you were going to acknowledge me - so here you are again, what happened? did I touch your vagina?

You are basically a newbie and show an incredibly low BB and life IQ. Awful posting.

I've been wanting Javele McGee in a Spurs uniform for awhile now. If he really wanted to be a more disciplined player I think he could. Of course he'd have to want to. Can he play here for 15, 20, 25 minutes a game? I'd like to believe so. He'd be the best pure center we have on the roster. He can block shots and is pretty good around the rim. Who knows maybe Pop can coach away some of his bad basketball habits..Wich is what? unnecessary fouls? being in the wrong place at the wrong time? I'm not so sure what makes him so untouchably dumb. Guess I've just always liked his size, athleticism and shot blocking ability. Heck, I think he's worth at least $5 mill a year. Is there a better (smarter) center we could get for less than $5M? Not sure his asking price or market value. If the Spurs can get him for under $5M, why not?

So tell me why GS doesn't want him back again? Nah, we got enough guys who can't shoot.

Have you seen their luxury tax bill?

I can't believe Javale McGee has a ring and Karl Malone and John Stockton are ringless.

Lacks Spurs level basketball iq. But we currently have no one so I'd take a gamble at the right price.

Dedmon could have a ring with the Warriors, in fact anyone can as long as they are the media darlings.

TBH just having him on the Spurs with Pop as the head coach would be amusing to see Pop's reactions if he screws up. He did play well for the Warriors but it probably has more to do with the system they had so he might do ok as a Spur.

Too stupid. He'd be buried so deep on Pop's bench he'd need Google maps to find the court.
Bend over, I'll show you buried deep.

Mcgee has several shortcomings but being soft ain't one of them. Sad to say it but I think he could be of service here.
