    How the do i get rid of factory installed apps like kindle and nfl mobile? They dont show up in my list to uninstall.

    To get rid of carrier-installed apps, you have to root. They hard code those es in there.

    When i go to put a wallpaper it always makes me crop it smaller cutting off the picture. >.<

    You should be able to adjust the cropping so you get most of the photo, but if it's forcing you to crop it's to prevent the image from getting stretched/distorted.

    The wall is 1900x1200 so i dunno why i have to crop it into a square.

    We have these cool things called widgets that allow us to see information on our homescreen. I know it's an alien concept to you to have anything other than a smattering of unrelated icons plastered across your phone like toy blocks, but that's so un-optimized that it's hilarious.
