Spurs assistant coach Ettore Messina has agreed to sign a two-year extension with the club after his current contract expires at the end of June, a league source said Monday.
Good, now we can try and upgrade the roster.
Hmmmmmmm
I am happy for his job security. Maybe now that he has it he gets more creative tbh.
I haven't liked the Spurs offense and the defensive record doesn't mean anything if it doesn't hold up in the postseason and it didn't.
2020 Plan...
I want Bud to be the head coach.
Raise your hand if you didn't see that coming.
Messina explained that his obligations with the Spurs leave him very little time for the national team and this will not change, as a new two year contract is ready for him in San Antonio: “I am very pleased. You feel it right away if there’s something bad in the air and instead in San Antonio they made me feel wanted. They waited for the right moment and now there is a new contract that awaits and I must sign it. ” 18 hours ago – via EuroHoops.net
So his coaching obligations don't leave him time for the national team - but all our damn players could run off every summer and come back worn out?
