    Has anyone seen a credible source on what Barack Obama defines "small business" as?

    Does he go by number of employees?

    Amount of revenue produced?

    Is it based on the amount of the business' profit?

    Uhhh... A small business (pretty much no matter who is using the term in politics) is anyone who makes revenue other than being paid by an employer, up to whatever revenue/employee level it becomes not a small business.
