I LOVE MMA, and I think you know that. However, you need to recognize that SIZE MATTERS!
Miguel Torres isn't 120 lbs like I suggested.

I seriously doubt that more than 3 or 4 people have had a knockdown, dragout, ripped up hands, my-hair -hurts-the-next-day, "damn I gotta tell people I fought again", "fk I'm glad I didn't kill the guy", find bruises 3 weeks later fight with a guy bigger than them.
I'd bet the fkn farm that some guys are speaking from the "I got my ass kicked ONLY because he was bigger" perspective.
If you know how to fight, you can use weight, speed (or lack thereof) against a bigger man.
Now, are we speaking realistically? Sure, a man like Snaq A'Peal is larger than anyone that anyone HERE has ever faced. Something tells me that it could be a very quick fight if the big man got his hand on dude's throat and just tried to pummel him. Sure. That's an if. But could YOU kick the out of that little man because (some of) you are bigger than him?!?!?! NO.

I have to admit, I laughed at Leonard's post of Fake-dor being the baddest dude on the planet HOWEVER, when I 1st read TLongs post about giving a small guy a shot, M.A.T. was the 1st dude to pop into my mind & did so in a millisecond. Miguel is a bad, Bad, BAD dude. No matter his size. I concur w/L on the fact M.A.T. will take the TLong fight, however, Leonard, you & I both know it'll take at least 33 seconds.

I don't think its really possible for a 5ft 8 guy to beat a 7ft 1 guy in a fight..I mean come on he'd come to about somewhere between Shaq's stomach and chest. He'd have to jump to land a punch. Now I completely understand that a 6ft 2 225 pound light heavyweight could probably destroy Shaq, but a little 5ft 8 guy is kind of stretching it. He'd look like a 10 year old boy standing next to Shaq.
I suppose he could tell him how his ass taste.
