Zinc is very helpful. It had HUGE effects the first 2 weeks, but now I don't think my body is absorbing it right b.c I'm at 75 mg / day now and i think I might cause myself copper deficiency. So i know I need it.

That's what I took. All the Zinc supplements I own come with Magnesium and Copper with it, so I dont' know what kind you are taking.
It did give me some vivid/pyschdelic dreams though. I once got stabbed in a dream and I woke up in cold sweat and yelled because I felt the pain.
What are you taking Zinc supplements for anyway?

The reason I am asking is because i heard Zinc Picolinate is like 10000x better because your body can absorb it easier. I don't think mine has copper, does it?
Check the back and read the ingredients, if you don't see a word that resembles Copper or Cupric then most likely not.
