According to Orangebloods and Inside Texas, this kicker (class of '10) is visiting Texas this weekend. Both sites expect him to commit to the Longhorns. He supposedly has a very strong leg and can kick it out of the end zone (Texas desperately needs that!). He would be a big help in getting DE Jermauria Rasco to Texas next year since they're high school teammates.

Texas was one of Lache's favorites in 2008 and the Horns were very much in the race for the better part of 2009. It wasn't until Texas saw his diva-ish personality and found out he possibly is involved with a street agent that they stopped pursuing him. , there were rumors that he was trying to get back in Texas' good graces. I think UT lands Hicks. He is from Texas that happened to go to HS in Ohio. Although if Hicks did decide to surprise me and go to Ohio State I would be pretty happy with that because he is a heck of a football player.
