As visiting bball team, we used the girls locker room. Black clumps of blood covered the shower room floor. Was Edgwood or Fox Tech, IIRC.
From my experience cleaning bathrooms at an HEB in high school, the woman's room is just as nasty as the men's. There's bloody tampons and pads everywhere, stains on the walls and milk squirted all over the ceilings.

I thought about that, and then realized that the only unisex restrooms I have been in in Europe and Asia were in very high scale hotels and restaurants. I guess it would have the potential to get pretty gross.

Oh dude, you're just lucky then. I've seen plenty of bloody products, at work, public places, even a theme park once.
