Finally this shit is on tonight.
Finally this shit is on tonight.
T-minus 9 hours.![]()
I wonder if Juliet survives?
Probably not, seeing as how they gave her a show.
which one is this? I think they already filmed all the Lost episodes so its possible she might survive.
They've filmed about 12 so far, I think. I heard a recent interview with Cuse and Lindelof saying they were about to head into the writers' room to pen episode 15 of the season.
She's on V. She'll probably return for the finale or some shit.
eh, they need to get rid of Juliet anyway so that the Kate, Jack, Sawyer love triangle can get going again.
I'm wondering more if Locke is really dead or just possessed or both.
That's what I did too.
What's funny when you watch it all together like that is how fast it goes from just a group of survivors trying to figure what to eat and where to sleep to time travel and island shifting.
SO...they did it????
I might get into this show starting from season 1.
First theory...Jacob was supposed to inhabit Sayid's body, but it didn't work...
or did it? I wonder if Sayid coming back to life suddenly is Jacob coming back?
great start to the season. one of the best season premieres in the series IMO
I called a friend before the show tonight and told him that when they get back, Jack was going to fix Locke. It was just too much of a coincidence that Locke, in the real world, is paralyzed and Jack is a neurosurgeon.![]()
Spurstalk pathology: if we win in the regular season, it's fools gold. If someone else beats us, we have no chance to beat them in the playoffs.
"A coach can't change people," Gregg Popovich said before the Spurs obliterated the Nets on New Year's Eve. "They are who they are. No matter what team you're talking about, a coach can be observant and try to put his team in situations both on and off the court where some of that can develop, some of the camaraderie sorts of things. But you can't change people."
any of yall see juliet - or the actress that plays her, get it on with angelina jolie in gia? she's got some nice titties![]()
oh and yeah..what a great show...it sucks that the best show on TV is ending.
I am liking where this season is heading. I am expecting it to keep getting better in the weeks ahead.
That's the first thing that came to mind when the water wasn't 'clear', and Sayid didn't make it. And then Jacob actually contacting someone personally (being dead or otherwise) on the island with instructions. The only other time I can remember is when he told Locke to 'move the island'.
Lot of questions:
Why was Shannon not on the plane? What would have changed on the post-reset-alternate-(or is it original)-timeline-island to have her not on the plane. And Desmond on it for that matter.
Does Desmond know Penny? Or, for that matter, does Penny exist??? I would assume yes, but I can't remember the exact timeline. I would assume she would be born in the 70's, but was it before or after the 'time-reset'. We don't know who Penny's mom is, but I'm guessing Charles Widmore met her on the island(?) since he spent most of his time there until his banishment at least 10 years later when Ben was an adult. If she was born after the 'reset', she doesn't exist. There's also a good chance if she does exist, and Charles Widmore has far less resistance against Desmond (since he never makes it to the island) and they live happily ever after.
other questions...can't type...brain...fried...
R.I.P. Whottt
When shows stay on too long, they become no longer good. It's much worse when a show stays on too long. Enjoy this last season, and the memories of the show. Get it on DVD. I re-watched Season 5, and was surprised at how much stuff I forgot just from last spring.
Going into its 6th season, and LOST is still operating at peak performance. This is the most excited I've ever been for the show, which is amazing after 100+ episodes already.
The sinister look that MIB/Fake Locke gives Ben toward the end of the episode was terrifying. Gave me massive chills. And that was preceded by a heartbreaking eulogy of the real John Locke, RIP.
From Boone's response, I figured she wanted too much money for an appearance and got written out. She doesn't mean much to the story I don't think, but it was nice to see Claire back.
I like how some of last season's set pieces (such as the guitar case) are paying off immediately. I still don't know what to make of the two time lines going on at the same time, but I remember the "leaked" scripts from season 1/2 talking about "twins" and stuff, so I think the time lines converge and leaves the characters to choose where they go in the end, a life with the crash or a life without it. Clearly some people are better off, and some aren't. I always envisioned the end of Lost to show everyone leaving the island except for Bernard, Rose, and Locke.
As for Sayid coming back to life, I really hope its NOT Jacob in him. I'd much prefer if Jack has been dead/reincarnated as Jacob the whole time, and the showdown is the same as it always has been...Jack vs Locke, Jacob vs MIB, Fate vs Free will. Of course, in the new timeline, Jack = Free will because he says "nothing is irreversible", so it'll be interesting to see how the roles are reversed and to what extremes they lead the characters without the island ever being in their lives.
Xylus, your sig looks like the last supper - I wonder if it's significant? o.O
OMG OMG....there's just too much to asborb right now.
Two story lines going on at the same time and they decide at the end if they stay on the island or go? That's what I'm thinking.
So confused already.![]()
And yea.....Smokey has been MIB all this time! WOW!![]()
The Juliet part intrigues me. I have a feeling she went somewhere else after setting the bomb off. How else would she know "it worked"? Maybe we'll have a full Juliet flashback episode at some point this season.
Did anyone notice if she is wearing the same clothes when she dies as she was when she set off the bomb? One thing that was interesting was that she wasn't nearly as far down in the hole as she fell before setting the bomb off. It almost looked like she was just deep enough to turn the failsafe at the Swan station, like Desmond did at the end of Season 2.
My crazy off the wall prediction is that she ended up somewhere else in time than the rest of them, likely on the island, and had been there for a few years. She missed Sawyer madly and somehow brings them all back to her using the failsafe.

Oh and another thing...............the first minute...the island is underwater? WTF does that mean?![]()
mib????
Man in black, Esau, or whatever you want to call him.
Jacob's brother?
The island does not exist since they set the bomb off in 1974. Reason why they land in LA and we have two separate lives happening.
