Cowboys have done a pretty solid job of replicating their 2014 season, or at least it's production thus far. Through 3 games, both teams are 2-1. The 2014 squad made their living on ball control and a better than advertised defense that generated turnovers.
Garrett said after drafting Elliott that the main benefit was being able to run the offense the way they want to, and so far he's been right. To think Elliott hasn't been spectacular is also a good sign

Ezekiel Elliott with 274 on 71 attempts vs 30 total attempts for all other runners. After 3 games he is on pace for around 1500 rushing yards. Not bad considering he has shared a good number of carries w/ the others. Overall, not a bad start minus the injury bug.
Agreed. That's what being raised by a mother and grandmother with no father and no adult male influence will do to ya. Paying for mechanics and outdoor chores like bi-weekly lawn mowings during the spring and summer were the norm for me. I did help clean the house and work pretty well with food, though, so that's a plus.
It's a different world. I was watching some Civil War do entary and someone was reading a letter written by some guy that worked on a farm to his brother. It was incredibly eloquent compared to today's writing. It was more advanced than what you would see from most anyone today.SMH..
