'Boys might as well just bow out now. After last nights debacle, I'm not convinced this team could win a single game in the playoffs and, quite frankly, I don't want to deal with the frustration.

Cowboys S Barry Church will need surgery after his shoulder popped out of place twice in Sunday night's loss to the Giants.

It sounds like Church is headed for year-ending injured reserve. Dallas' third safety this season, Church has 28 tackles on the year. He was playing in nickel packages behind SS Gerald Sensabaugh and FS Alan Ball.

At least the last two choke jobs weren't Romo's fault. Still have a shot at the NFC East but I don't see the point with this rollercoaster team.
Well making the playoffs>not making the playoffs but yeah I can't say I won't be heartbroken if we don't get in

I'd rather have him out there than a 100 percent healthy Scandrick.

    Completion %: 68.8

    Pass YPG: 301.1

    TD - INT ratio: 15-1

    Passer Rating: 110.9

why does Football have to be such a team sport...

to be fair, the rest of the team has that record as well. It's not ALL about the QB. Without a dumbass Garrett call and a dropped ball by Terrence Newman that would have been used in a game of catch between a father and son, the Cowboys are 3-0 this December. These games are not on Romo at all. Besides the Jets and Lions game, we can't blame Romo this year...at all. He's had probably the best or second best year of his career.

the Cowboys are about to receive a huge blow next week. It has nothing to do with the players but I will be going to the Eagles game on Christmas Eve.

While I've had good luck with the Rangers/Mavs I always seem to be a bad luck charm as they're 0-3 with me in attendance (06 Saints, 07 playoff game, 08 Ravens). Hopefully this time I can watch the team without the SEASON dropping this time around

    Posted this on another forum...

I'm going to come out and predict the following happens:

Giants lose today and lose next week to the Jets next Saturday in the early game.

Cowboys, playing the late game, know they only have to beat the Eagles at home to clinch the division...

And they lose. Most likely in heartbreaking last-minute fashion.

Giants beat Cowboys last week of the season (again, in heartbreaking last-minute fashion) while Eagles win out to create an 8-8 tie at the top, and Eagles a somehow the ones who qualify.

(As a Cowboys fan, I hope this doesn't happen... but it would be a fitting end to the season for both the Giants and Cowboys)
I just have that overriding sense of doom...

In other good news for the Boys, Detroit losing to Oakland 17-14, Oakland with the ball. Just trying to cover all my bases, getting into the playoffs.

thanks to the giants loss the eagles game now became irrelevant all we have to do is beat the giants and we win the division ...
