Their are some reports that both the Barry's and the Parker's had agreed to split before textgate. If thats the case it does change the complexion of things. Its bad form to bang your teammate's soon to be ex-wife but its not this mass evil betrayal at that point. He is not stealing Erin if she is already walking out the door.

Yes, I know I am defending Parker but I refuse to condemn him until their is some thorough explanation. I do not expect to ever get one but Parker will always get the benefit of the doubt to me.

I have no doubt that the Spurs FO and players are pissed about Parker. Its really a no-brainer, what Parker did was some serious and can screw up a locker-room with ties to championship buddies like Brent Barry. The Spurs have been about professionalism and not getting media attention (especially negative attention) and Tony failed horribly in both areas. This needless drama is an extra burden on an already stressful season and Tony's actions can be seen as backstabbing to those close to Eva and Brent; crazy that this sexting has been going on for a year. Tony's not being a team player at all when he made those actions.

Tony Parker Files for Divorce In Texas

Tony Parker has filed his own divorce pe ion against Eva Longoria in Texas, TMZ has learned, and it has all the markings of a legal battle.

Tony's divorce pe ion was filed in Bexar County, Texas. The stamp shows today's date. Sources connected with Tony confirm a do ent was filed.

Eva filed for divorce earlier in the week in Los Angeles, CA., setting up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. Texas divorces can be handled quickly -- in as little as 60 days.

According to the pe ion, which was filed by initials -- W.P and E.P. -- Tony states the reason for the divorce: "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Pe ioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Here's what's interesting ... As we first reported, the couple signed a prenup, but in Tony's pe ion he makes no mention of it. To the contrary, he writes, "Pe ioner believes Pe ioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate." Since they've already signed a prenup, the word "will" is curious.

Tony's pe ion also states, "Pe ioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ..."

Tony's lawyer did not return our call. And no comment so far from Eva's camp. And how's this for a twist ...Tony is being represented by attorney Richard Orsinger, the same lawyer who is repping Brent Barry, whose wife was allegedly sexting Tony.
