    The Interview (1998 Australia)

    Suspense.

    9/10

    A must watch.
Why in the F did I not hear about this movie before. Why?
Some fantastic twists and turns. Gone unnoticed because of a possibly unsatisfactory end. It don't matter. Watch this one.

I need a better site to scour Netflix for me, I just stumbled onto it.
Way too generous with your rating. I watched it last night based in your recommendation. Decent movie. Good acting made the movie. But nothing new.

    Rating: Picks on the Horizin

Acting is what it's about. Don't need new.
No bang em up special effects. None.
All of it done in the same room basically.

Outstanding stuff, glad I found it.

What would you rate Nightcrawler and why?
This will give me insight into your system.

    Aside:
You are going to have to point out to Avante why you stopped running track.
Bolt went down to a 35 yo.
    You... nope.
    You went out on top.
Salutations to your wise nature at such a young age.

What a ed up true story. It made me not ever want to buy a McDonald's ever. Not that I buy that garbage anymore but it makes me want it less knowing the dirty tricks that were pulled to make this food chain what it is today.

You should know how it goes, no?

This fella named Ray Kroc screwed the McDonald family out of their own business. By the end, the poor brothers couldn't even use their own last name in their sole restaurant as they were forced out of business.

Kroc gave them a good kneel down.

Magnolia - 4/10. I think I would've liked it better had I seen it when it came out, but somehow this was the only PTA film I'd yet to see. There's at least one character crying at all times throughout the 3-hr flick, and that scene where the entire casts starts singing like it's a Moby music video was just cheesy.

Yep, I've been watching their Hitch dedication this month. Very good introductions to his films.

I do recall that name and vaguely her appearance on the Hillbillies.

I'll keep an eye out for "Hot Cars."
I'm doing Out of the Past for the 1st time. It's another of the team of Robert Mitchum and Jane Greer. None of which I've seen.

I'm defending Putin. I don't give a what he's done. If he can couple with Trump to the betterment of [this country] come on ahead.

But, since Bush, Clinton and Zero were frozen out by Putin they ain't about to let Trump succeed. No way.

You ever see that series, "The Prisoner"? I saw it back in the 80's. I'm rewatching it. Good stuff. I like the bizarre quality of it.

You must not have seen it. It's nothing like James Bond. Hardly any action at all.

A very well done HBO movie that's a true story about a Russian serial killer. Stephen Rea is excellent as troubled detective Burakov, whose attempts to solve the case continually get hampered by the bureaucracy above him. You can watch it on demand through HBO.

    Wind River was great.

Between that, or High Water, and Sicario, Taylor Sheridan has not failed to impress me.

Pretty ing funny. Not as good as the first one, but entertaining. Would have given a 8 if Elisha Cuthbert hadn't lost her hotness somehow.

A mostly unfunny, reckneck knockoff of Oceans 11. Beyond a few chuckles, they whole thing felt forced and most of the actors felt unconvincing.
