Going by what happens in the books, George Martin blew his load with book 3, so seasons 3 and 4 are probably going to be the highlight of the series.

Sustaining a show's excellence through 4 seasons is still impressive enough IMO..not many shows have managed to do it..
the actor who plays ser davos or whatever said something more terrible than the red wedding is gonna happen this season...
Well she'd be a much better ruler than that got Joffrey. Like Sir Jorah said she has a good heart. The fact that she's hot helps too, obviously.
But like I said I've barely started Season 3 so who knows maybe she does some ed up that I haven't seen yet. I do think trading a dragon for the slave army was dumb though.
He's prob gonna redeem himself by helping to off Ramsey after Brienne offs Stannis, then Sansa will hold the north and tell little finger to off
Now that Sansa is worthless. Weak sellout that that didn't stand by my s Ned and Arya. I was actually glad when Joffrey chose that chick from The Tudors to be his new queen.
that fire goddess is so damn hot
I enjoyed her until the last season and a half or so. But again that's a problem with the books more than anything. Obviously she's going to be important to the endgame, and there's still a lot of visions she had in the House of the Undying that haven't happened yet, but George RR Martin and wasted a lot of time with her. I wish she'd just get to Westeros already.
daenerys and tyrion should get married/have a son.
Seeing Adebisi on GOT is the best part of the show, this season, tbh..
Dany can't have teh babies anymore
It sucks that Lady Stoneheart was never introduced. They never really introduced any of the newer characters from Dorne or the Iron Isles either...
In regards to the iron isles
They still haven't even ing mentioned Balon grey joy and if he died or not.
It's been like almost 3 seasons since hot red witch burned the 3 leeches.
She even mentioned her magic last episode in regards to Robb, jeoffrey, and. .... nothing.
It's like the show runners totally ed up and can't figure out how to re introduce the iron island characters.
This latest episode had the nicest rack since Mel tbh
The two most badass characters from the Iron Isles(books) haven't even been introduced...
War Victarion! He has a burning hand and doesn't give a .
That chick was 18.
yeah, the books fell apart after 3, and they were still way better than the show, and the show is still probably the best thing on TV.
what surprises me about the show is there's so much material that they throw out in order to condense it into the time they have, yet the scenes are so slow and they waste plenty of time on scenes that weren't even in the books. and the fight scenes are consistently long and terrible too, just show a couple slashes and cut to the end already.
That short haired girl had some nice ties for sure...
Casting calls have gone out for a vast variety of roles for the show’s sixth season, but according to Watchers on the Wall three stand out as potential descriptions for three characters from the novels: Euron Greyjoy, successor to Balon as ruler of the Iron Islands, Randyll Tarly, the abusive father of Samwell, and Septon Meribald, a religious man Brienne and Podrick meet during their travels through the Riverlands. Here’s the three descriptions:
usually books are better than the movie they're based on. are the books better in this case as well? cause the show is fantastic. i started watching/caught up with it this year and it surpassed all the hype. haven't seen something else with so many well fleshed out characters. and the deaths they die?
thrones and the wire are my two favorite shows. i think the wire's still first but i'm not sure anymore...
I'm still in Season 3 but how many books have the 5 seasons covered? Cause I know the book series hasn't ended.
They kind of started doing their own thing in the show... but I guess about 4 books?
And yes, the books are better.
I didn't know the show strayed from the books. I bought the first audiobook a couple days ago and so far it's pretty much identical to Season 1.
lol come on, tyrion is awesome but he's still an ugly midget. the goddess daenerys is way out of his league.
