Surprisingly good series.
Cut my cable, so I'll have to wait not it on Netflix, or when the DVD is available. That is, if i decide to watch it.
Actually, that's how I would do it anyway. I haven't sat down and watch any TV series in real time for more than two years. I wait for it on DVD.

This show got really good, really fast. Best show on TV right now, and a lock to sweep major Emmy awards.
Great show and also Morena is nice and has been topless a few times already!

Holy balls, the finale was awesome. That episode alone brought the show to another level. Acting's great all around, especially the daughters.
Also Amy Hargreaves who plays Maggie, Carrie's sister, I wanna do bad things to her.
I'm about to finish season 2 of Boardwalk Empire and have to decide which show should be next.

New Dexter and new Homeland on the same night.
I watched the 1st season On Demand, but they really jumped the shark already with the "nothing happened" episode. As sharp as the guy is, they screw up his jacket? No. Doesn't happen in Iraq and doesn't happen in the US especially at that level.
The problem with a popular series is deus ex machina keeps getting introduced to extend the show's run time. I lose interest after that.

this was not the best show, have it third behind breaking bad and mad men.
sucks they didn't have the guts to kill him off, I think lewis acting was awesome but the writing cheap and lazy. Vest randomly malfunctions, daughter gets a call directly to bunker no problem. "hey its an emergency need dad" "sure, the vice president almost got killed but it you sound nice"
He dies, the show ends.

Like how they don't give a , and disregard usual ways a show goes 1/4 the way in a season... *spoiler alert* with getting brody detained and black bagged for example.
Looks like they want to end the show this season?
I dont see a way where he could possibly get out of the mess he's in without ending up dead or in prison.
Brody can give up the dude and work for the CIA as a double agent but that would make the show pointless.
