Yeah, Baylor's one season of 9 wins will surely make all the 5*'s flock there.
7 teams in AQ conferences. More the any state in America.
Ladies and gentleman the NEW Big East

My guess is the best of the best recruits in the state will choose between Texas and Oklahoma (this will not change). Texas A&M's recruiting will not get better but it wont get worse either. TCU, SMU, Houston on the other hand will be able to obtain better recruits (better than previous years anyway). Baylor will also have better recruiting classes due to the football programs success. The programs that will suffer in Texas recruiting will be Oklahoma State, Missouri (like a 1/4 of their players come from Texas. The move to the SEC will hurt their Texas recruiting greatly) and all the other programs outside of Texas.
Thoughts?

Not necessarily 5 star athletes. Maybe a few more 4 stars. Either way Baylor is a program on the rise. Maybe a Colt McCoy (3 star), or Chase Daniel (2 star) elect to go to Baylor now.
Just wait for RG3 to enter the draft and Briles to move onto greener pastures and Baylor will be knocked back down to reality.
Perhaps
But what if Briles pulls a Gary Patterson and decides he is already in greener pastures. Baylor is smack in the middle of one of the biggest recruiting hotbeds in the country (right between Dallas and Houston).
U skeered?
I think Okie State will surpass OU soon. It's all about the money.
all it would take is gundy moving on for that to fall flat.
a&m = national brand ............... 5 star de #1 player in the state of cali oluwole betiku decommited from ucla & is leaning a&m
Aggie going out of state because LSU and Bama and big brother are snatching up all the 5 stars in Texas.
