Yup, watche Romney's speech tonight and he sure sounded like he IS the GOP nominee...and he is....went tough on Obama and he is on full "I got this" mode..even broke out the teleprompter.

Romney's goal was to get 40% and win by double-digits. He did half of that. He didn't clinch the nominee tonight, but he's on his way now. I think Romney will win the nominee and Paul will win second.

Romney has won Iowa and now New Hampshire...which I believe...has not been done before. Start printing the Romney 2012 garb because it is on baby!!
Obama might not steam roll Romney, but seeing that Romney is even more in bed with corporations and banks than Obama is, and is just as big a supporter of universal health care as Obama is, I don't see any reason why people are gonna be running to the polls to vote for Romney over Obama.
Meanwhile, there will be plenty of people who will vote for Obama because the other guy is a Mormon who's actually said, "Banks are good people".
Romney is not my first choice, but he's still a lot better than Obummer.

Wonder if Santorum, Newt, and Perry will split votes among the hard core voters in South Carolina and allow Romney and Paul to do better than expected. I expect Huntsman to announce he's dropping out before South Carolina.

Yeah, then I found out he said, "Banks are good people." If nothing else it's something really re ed to say when the entire country is being ed over by banks.
Also the fact banks and corporations have poured so much money into Romney's campaign kinda turned me off. At least voting for Obama again there's a small chance he'll start making policies good for America since he'll no longer need to worry about where campaign contributions are coming from.
Sadly Uncle Tom thinks the same though; he's just smart enough to complain about them in his speeches. What a disgrace that two awful presidents in a row will likely get a second term.
How long before they rally behind Romney?.....no more than 2 weeks I say. The GOP knows they need to get behind Romney and fast to lessen the damage being caused by Gingrich and Perry right now. Just end it and begin the strong, nasty, personal attacks on Obama now.

You're probably right but I'm tired of 1st term presidents coming in and worrying about nothing other than getting re-elected. Someone like Paul you know that isn't happening because he's a genuine person, but Romney would be just like or worse than Obama in his first term. Take no stance on anything, get nothing done, but position himself nicely for re-election.
