The SpursTalk Bureau of Investigations (SBI) will call the NBA Forum home, even though it will police the entirety of SpursTalk. The purpose of the SBI is to catch violators of the SpursTalk FAQ who talk about child sex or post personal information about other posters.

To ensure that there are no biases when applying the rules, we are paying a third party to enforce the new policies. His username is Omar and he will handle all investigations.

If you see violations of the ban on child sex talk or the ban on posting personal information about other posters, please private message Omar with a link to the offending post. You may be rewarded for your troubles.

I had to take it down to check whether the mods had access to posters' email addresses or IP addresses. They don't. I thought perhaps they did and that's how mavs>spurs has an enemy out there that knows everything about him.
