Aside from OP's meltdown, the leagues effort to push the Lakers into the playoffs IS getting a little too obvious for my liking.

I don't care if the players are out there on the court playing tackle football .... there is absolutely no reason for one player to receive that many free point opportunities. oh and just how fitting is it that the player was Dwight Howard in ORLANDO? ... such a pure coincidence!!!
one could argue that its even more shocking that the Magic only lost this game by 9 points considering they were shafted by the CAREFULLY INSTRUCTED OFFICIALS of the NBA with only 17 free throw opportunities compared to the Lakers 47 ...... 47 ..... and one player who just so happen to be the flavor of the month for ESPN right now had 39 of those.

OP is obviously trolling but for those that don't know, Lakers were up by 8-10 points in the 2nd Q non stop all the way till the 4th. It was a horribly boring game and every ing play was a Hack a Dwight. Dwight tied the NBA record for 39 attempts. Now if you are claiming that the coach of Orlando is in on it in a world wide conspiracy then ok, but watch the damn game before you make a thread.
Oh also, outside of Dwight's 39 attempts due to Hack a Dwight, the Lakers only shot 8 free throws as a team.

the number itself doesn't tell the whole story tbh, it might be a possibility that the magic were operating "hack-a-shaq" on him all night and intetionally sending him to the line, knowing he would not even hit half of them per his season average. dude performed far above his normal level at the line last night and orlando's efforts were left in vain unfortunately
