I just laugh. My contract calls for a flat fee OR 20% of the rental fee whichever is higher so I get a breakdown every year on how much they rented my sign for. I tell them that from the breakdown I get CC seems to be doing just fine on my billboard...

Clear Channel is regionally run out of Dallas and they more ore or less told the San Antonio market that we were dumb s who were less important than getting their favored son a gig on the sporting channel down here. How that can still have a job is beyond me.
