    Someone at the presser asked Chael how his cut was going, hadn't heard anything about him having issues, so I wonder why the fan asked him that?

    Of course I hadn't heard anything about that before, after the Bisping fight but it makes sense, he did look noticeably different.

    So hopefully he doesn't have any cut issues for this fight and we get Silva/Stann Sonnen instead of Bisping Sonnen.
    The commission better lay off this is the biggest fight of his career i am sure he did what he was supposed to especially in vegas. The cut has to go well that is for sure not sure why that happened with Bisping but his team better be on top of that.. Sonnen's performance against Stann was amazing because Stann is a true top 10 MW and he had a year layoff.. Rolled right through him.. Come on Chael....

    Did a little digging on this and Sonnen is working with Mike Dolce who is regarded as probably the best nutrition expert for MMA and getting guys weight down without killing them in the cage.. Sonnen is trolling for sure about his weight IMO...

    Either way I know he will still push forward in the fight, just threw me off with that statement. Of course, Sonnen can say anything with a straight face and you wouldn't know if he was telling the truth or not.

    Maybe he wants Silva to think he is having the same weight cut issues he had during the Bisping fight.


    The reason why Sonnen is such a great trash talker because he is a smart individual (you can't come up with material like that if you weren't), so I'm sure there was something behind making those comments on a popular TV station like ESPN.
