    because the politicians work for their owners, the 1%, not the 99%.

    btw, the JOBS bill is total bullshit.

    Only 1% of startups, allegedly the job creators, seeks financing through IPO.

    The dishonest JOBS bill is all about enabling defrauding investors by removing filing requirement and disclosure.
