I read that Sahin's club had blocked that deal? Did I miss something?

Didn't see the match, but it sounded like Cazorla was incredible but our front line couldn't score. Lot's of possession and no goals...

Giroud was said to be underwhelming, and both he and Po-Po-Podolski missed several chances

The account I read also said that there were boos raining down from the seats at Emirates as time expired

This particular fan is already pissed off. As I mentioned before, there were boos coming down after the match today

Last year the money was mainly used for Mertesacker, Arteta, OX and to pay that ing £390 million stadium that looms over the club.

But yes it is profit-driven and Wenger has a degree in Economics so you can see why things are the way they are.
