I think that's how Arsenal will play on Saturday
Glorious
Where the has NASpurs been? Haven't seen dude since before the Ozil signing
Apparently Arsenal want to sign Marica.
This guy is a terrible scrub.
But well, I'm really excited to see how Özil will be doing in his first couple of games.
Özil and Merteswagger are both questionable for Sunderland.
just the luck Arsenal has
lol Ozil is smiling and Wenger isn't
Something is wrong with this picture
Just read that Cazorla is out 4-6 weeks due to an ankle injury he picked while with Spain
Rewatched the Arsenal game and wanted to make a few points
1. Ramsey has easily been the best player for Arsenal so far this season, and his goals are only a small part of why that is. His work rate, pass accuracy, and tackling are astonishing. Wenger deserves massive credit for sticking with him. While I wasn't as hard on Rambo as some others around here, I certainly wouldn't have been upset if Wenger sold him after the 11'-12' season. What a massive mistake that would have been
With a straight face, you could make the case that he's been the best player in the EPL so far this year. Below are the stats from Saturday, but they've looked like that, more or less, in every game so far. I'm pretty sure he leads the EPL in both total tackles and tackle success %.
RAMSEY'S PERFORMANCE
Minutes played 90 Goals 2 Total Passes 88 Pass Completion 92% Accurate opposition half passes 53 Chances created 1 Tackle success 100%
2. Flamini was very, very good on Saturday as well. He camped in front of the back four allowing Ozil, and, to a lesser extent, Ramsey/Wilshere to range about in the opposing half without worrying much about defending. His leadership and ornery disposition are a welcome addition to a team that too often comes off as soft. While Arteta will rightfully regain his place when healthy, its great to have the option to rest somebody with confidence. He's also going to be valuable as a late game defensive sub or somebody to bring on if you want an opposing player taken out
3. Walcott will start scoring soon, especially with Ozil providing service.
4. Arsenal needs another Striker...Badly. Giroud is okay for the game against Marseille, but its just a matter of time before he gets a real injury. Then it's going to be TGSTEL time
5. Giroud has 4 goals in 4 games, none of them weak. His conversion rate is up, his work rate is up, and he looks stronger both on the ball and in the air. This speaks to his dedication and off-season regimen. Bodes well going forward. Seen some Golden Boot talk, which is hard to argue with IF (big if) he stays healthy.
6. Ozil is every bit as good as advertised. If that was him feeling like ... EPL = ed. fapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfa pfapfapfapfap
I'm as excited as I've been since the late 00's about an Arsenal team, and with a few additions in the January window (Striker!) there is no reason they can't stay in the hunt for a BPL le and other silverware, too.
jmo
Yeah the Flamini signing made me LOL, but he was excellent
I thought Arsène was ing the Arsenal global fanbase when he signed Flamini for free. Turns out he knows what he's doing.
Özil + Ramsey + Cazorla = EPL
So who are the possibilities for Arsenal to bring in as a Striker in January???
Rumors say Wenger will have another 40-50 mil to spend, although I don't think he necessarily needs to spend that much to get a quality guy
Wenger just spent 40 millions on Ozil, which means he wont spend 40 millions on 1 player until 2045.
Laurent Koscielny has been sent off once and conceded two penalties in three Premier League appearances this season.

Even taking the £42.5m signing of Özil into account and the reserves required to fund the business, the Arsenal Supporters' Trust believesArsène Wenger should have up to £80m to spend over the next two transfer windows. That financial firepower is underlined by the expected contribution of new commercial deals with Emirates and a new kit supplier (expected to be Puma), the full effects of which will not be seen until this financial year.
Centre back and centre forward. I'm even satisfied completely at midfielder for the time being; a Fellaini is not needed (especially not for 27 millions pounds).
