thought this was going to be about Pat Benatar tbh.
Who all has heard this song by Fun. ? Its massively overplayed and the song is annoying in my opinion. This has even made its ways onto mainstream radio a la Foster the people.
Am I the only one who doesn't like this ? Everyone is raving about it tbh. Not trying to sound hipster or anything.

Something needed to replace Pumped up kicks as the song sorority girls listen to to think they are indie.
What a ty song
I listened to Aim and Ignite a few years ago. I couldn't get into it. fun. is just annoying to listen to.
Yeah fun. Sucks
even worse than the song is that stupid ing car commercial that uses it
None of that looks fun to me and everyone in it looks like a ing . Yeah, I'm gonna get in a big mud fight in the middle of nowhere..smart
Still remember seeing this video...I was like wtf?
chevy
Heartache to heartache we stand
love is a battlefield!
I can imagine that song being used extensively on the show I Just Want My Pants Back. I can imagine because i would never actually watch the show or listen to that song, they just seem like the perfect match of hipster wannabe crap.
The song includes the key word "tonight", which apparently exponentially improves the songs chances of being a hit.
They had a profile on Fun. dude on NPR. They played that chorus so much I was sick of the song before the end of the piece.
Yeah i've only heard that song in the Chevy commercial and it in blows.
x3
As soon as I saw the thread le, in my head..."heartache to heartache we stand."
Ah, I see someone already said that.

Annoying as it is popular... not being parodied: http://screen.yahoo.com/we-re-not-young-28966610.html
preach
mainstream radio has hit a pretty rough patch. The two songs I can't stand at all right now is the Drake and Rhianna song "Take Care" and the Drake and Lil Wayne song "The Motto. Anything by J-Cole is terrible too. Drake and J-Cole have the same annoying voice and sing about the same dumb .
And yeah, We Are Young is definitely the song sorority girls listen to thinking it ups the credibility of their music preference.
"I listen to Skrillex and Foster The People! I'm such a music nerd!"
is that "someone i used to know" song part of this whole indie thing?
