With Monkeyballer back and Jesé back soon, dat offense will be even more devastating
Primed for El Treble
Jesé returned to practice today.
“Today he began a new phase in his recovery, which is working with the group. Little by little he will do technical work, in the first week it'll be without contact and afterwards with it. It's the final phase of his recovery. We're not in a hurry and we expect him to be ready to play in a month."

Croatian Football Association just released a statement claiming Luka will be out for an estimated 3 months!
Ugh...
Blessing in disguise, perhaps
Give more minutes to other players
(although it's hard to fully replace what Luka brings on both ends)
in blows tbh, he is our most fluid and consistent (best) midfielder. Yeah we got depth with Sami and illara but he will be missed. They think it's 4 months now . We play some ty teams the next few matches and there is enough depth to survive.
I just ordered his jersey on aliexpress too
I know it's not exactly Isco's role, but since he has been playing well for both Real and Spain, we may as well keep on giving him significant minutes
Real Madrid to receive €1,6 million from FIFA
.
.
.
The FIFA Club Protection Plan will start once the Croatian international is 28 consecutive days out of action.
.
.
.
FIFA will compensate Real Madrid with 1, 6 million euro after the injury sustained by Luka Modric during Sunday’s Euro 2016 qualifier against Italy at the San Siro. According to the Club Protection Programme, Madrid will be covered financially in conjunction with the player’s salary and the time away from playing football for his team.
The Croatian midfielder is expected to be out of action for a period of between three and four months and the FIFA Club Protection Programme stipulate that a player needs to be out for a minimum of 28 days to be eligible for this compensation.
.
.
Calculating that the player earns a net salary of four million euro per year and supposing that he is out of action for three months, the approximate calculation of what Madrid will get is in the area of 1,6 million euro.
Real Madrid recently collected approximately two million euro following the injury which German international, Khedira sustained whilst playing against Italy last November which kept him out of action for five months.
"The idea is pretty straight forward; we have an array of players to cover these type of situations. Last year we faced a similar problem with Khedira’s injury. We’ll resolve the problem using another midfielder. Khedira, Illarramendi and of course we can play Isco in that position although he’s not used to that role, but it’s an alternative we can look at for certain games." - Carlo
So, sounds like Khedira.“I still haven't decided. I have two options: the obvious one, which is using Khedira, and the other, which is trying out Isco. Khedira played two games with his national team so I'm going to see if he's ready to play. If he isn't ready, I'll go with Isco.”

Now that we are approaching 2015, Ancelloti has to make earlier subs utions in games
Why wait the 88th minutes to replace your players?
Yup. And maybe a bit more rotations, giving Benzema/Kroos/Ronaldo more rest.
