lmfao so wrong
me and judyn have things called faith
we dont need evidence or proof of such things we just assume a book tells us these things exist and we believe
Where did I question how serious you were?
One night we were playing poker at my house. Then, I heard a scratching on the floor in the formal dining room, like something was being dragged. Apparently, everyone heard it because everyone looked up towards that part of the house at the same time. And I laughed it off telling them it was the ghost. We blew it off. Eventually we forgot about it and I walked them out after we were done playing poker. Didn't notice until the next morning that 2 of the chairs were pulled out from underneath the table, as if someone pulled them out to sit down. This was our formal dining room where we eat in a few times a year, and the chairs are always positioned underneath the table because it drives my wife crazy to have them pulled out. Weird stuff.
I had to sleep on the ( entire family meeting at my great grandma's) couch, must have been...hmmm?..6/7 years old. I was awaken by my granny. She smiled at me, patted my head and then walked away.
We were all there because she was dying (yes she was home, nothing a hospital/doctor could do, she was 98). My mother woke me, then told me that granny had passed away in the night.
Grandma was bed ridden, no way she could have awaken me on the couch. This was no dream.

I believe it, man.
Seriously, no need to keep biting my ankles, dipshit. There's not much meat on them.
Seriously.
What is wrong with so many of you here? Great topic and still some of you just have to fuck it up...why? GROW THE FUCK UP..sheesh!
To this day I still get a ...feeling...when I think about it.
I know yall might knock this but when I was a teen, I always had a habit of falling asleep in church.Twice on 2 different occasions, I LITERALLY, I swear to you guys, LITERALLY felt a slap across my face that would jerk me awake. It felt like an electrical shock to put it into perspective. I never awoke like this in my whole life, it only happened in the church.
I've always held on to these experiences that tells me that death is not the end.
Has anyone ever seen a million dollars? Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesnt exist.
My dad's side of the family talked about seeing grandma in the pasture, but it's hard to believe many of them because they are a bunch of rednecks. It's kinda like believing rednecks who saw aliens.
However, my cousin did have some strange stuff happen in an apartment he and his girlfriend were living in. We were close as brothers at the time and he's just not the type to bullshit about something like this. There were several things he told me but the two I remember the most were him losing his shoe and some things that happened with the Christmas tree. He was getting ready for work one day and put his shoes beside the bed. He went into the other room for a few minutes and when he came back one shoe was missing. He looked everywhere for it but could not find it. He thought it was weird but just shrugged it off and went and got another pair and left. About a week went by and he came home from work to find his shoe...right beside the bed where left it initially.
With the Christmas tree it was the angel getting knocked off. Not long after they put the tree up the angel would wind up on the floor every time they got home from work. They had a cat, so naturally he figured he was the culprit. He took wire and secured the angel tightly to the top of the tree...to the point where you would have to unwire it to get it off. He came home that evening to find the top of the tree bent over and the angel...and wire...on the floor.
They moved out right after that.
credible source i know used to have a job as a janitor at a church..he once was cleaning with the place locked up and saw a woman praying through the window, once he went in there to tell her the place was closed she had disappeared and the door he came through was the only way in or out. he starts looking up and down the isles for someone ducked down hiding and nothing.
As a general rule thats how I operate. When its something that is reputed to be fairly common and there isn't a shred of credible evidence then I hold that position even more earnestly.

Forgot to mention that as they were getting ready to move out my cousin mentioned to the manager kinda casually about strange things happening in the apartment. The manager told him that this wasn't the first time he'd heard something like that and that there were several apartments in that particular building that had similar complaints.
Don't know if serious.
Seriously, Quija boards work?
i tell jesus take the ouija board wheel and hold my hand and guide me safely through an answer
Have you seen your grandma's ghost recently, or was the only time when you were 6 years old.
Of course.
lol with the dipshit and ankle biter personal attacks. just proving how low you are.
you are asking serious questions (congratulations!). unfortunately they are not original and have been beat to death. no need to lecture.

Stop hijacking the thread by making this all about me.
My ankles are killing me.
Actually, mingus is lecturing me about lecturing others.
But rofl that you feel bullied in a ghost thread.
True. Even with that I'd prob still shit my pants. When I watch Ghost Hunters, Grant will tell the people that as long as the entity isn't threatening, there isn't anything to really be concerned about.
If he told me that honestly that shit wouldn't really comfort me.
I feel ya. I used to feel like that at first and then one time, all the activity stopped for about 6 months. No chairs moving, footsteps, we heard a child's voice once, it all stopped. I remember telling my wife that the house was now too quiet. It picked up again, but doesn't seem intent on scaring us away. It/They is/are just there
Any idea about the history of the house? The land?
Nah. Had 1 owner before us, built in 91. I live out in a suburb of Dallas next to a wooded area. Less than a mile away is an old cemetery. Went to check it out with my daughter during the day once and most of the graves are marked in the 1800's and early 1900's. BUt other than that, nothing too unusual
