Look for a thread called "lol" in the nba forum. You might find a luva or two.
I know, it's blasphemy for us 'jocks' and sport junkies to enjoy nerdy and geeky things like anime.
But, I'm a huge fan, and not just the popular ones like Bleach, Naruto, DBZ, One Piece.
I'm a big Haruhi Suzumiya fan, along with Steins;Gate and Madoka Magica for some of my new favorites.
I've seen or heard of most series, so just wondering if any other fans out there.

I have a soft spot for DB/DBZ and FMA. The mainstream ones tbh.
Toonami was the back in the day.
I'm a Gundam guy, tbh. The older stuff (Zeta, 0079, Victory) mostly, but I like G, X and Turn-A, as well. Beyond that, I'm good with Sgt. Frog, FMA, Trigun, Bebop, DBZ, Yu Yu Hakusho... like that.
I like sing, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Fist of the North Star.
Basically old school animes. These new stuff is for the birds man.
sweet, some real responses! haha. Yeah Toonami was my childhood man, they actually had an April Fools joke on Cartoon Network and brought it back for a day.
Slam Dunk is a classic, but I could never get into it.
A lot of the series yo guys mentions are all good oldies, from Toonami like yu yu hakusho, DBZ, and FMA. All good .
Oh I forgot about Saint Seiya. I grew up watching that . Awesome.
They're making some sort of new version of it. Is it any good?

I'm actually a bigger fan of the newer stuff, and I know you're right haha..a lot more 'kawaii' girly and moe. But if you look past it, there are some damn good gems, and finally some HD quality animation.
Rurouni Kenshin, G Gundam, Gundam Wing, DBZ, Yu Yu Hakusho. was so cash.

I used to do the Dragonball / Dragonball Z thing, but got real tired of it taking like 5 episodes to convey 10 minutes of story time tbh. The Frieza and Cell sagas were pretty badass, tho.

I did until he ed it up and we had to watch him go through it all over again.

Princess Mononoke - my all time favourite. Just an awesome, awesome movie.
Grave of the firefly's - I seriously regret watching this . Cried like a tbh.
I watch a lot. Too many to state here.
